Refund policy

At SYKO, we stand behind every piece we drop. If something's not right — we'll make it right. Read below to know how.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale items, limited drops, and custom orders are final sale — no returns.

How to return

  • DM us on Instagram @syko.officiall or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason.
  • We'll verify and share the return address within 24 hours.
  • Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer (unless the item is defective).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).
  • Prepaid token amounts are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Damaged / wrong item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it on priority — replacement or full refund, your call.
